Safe Spaces for Women and Girls

This project will establish safe spaces and community support systems for women and girls affected by gender-based violence (GBV) in IDP and rural communities. It will provide psychosocial support, legal referrals, and life-skills training, while also raising awareness among men and community leaders to prevent GBV.

Key Activities:

  • Set up and operate safe spaces for women and girls

  • GBV awareness sessions and campaigns

  • Psychosocial support and referral services

  • Life skills and literacy training for survivors

Target Beneficiaries:
Women and girls, especially in IDP camps and rural areas

Expected Outcomes:

  • Improved protection and support for GBV survivors

  • Increased community awareness on women’s rights and GBV prevention

  • Strengthened referral and protection systems
